The in flight attendants are under paid and miserable, and the customers’ flying experience is quite simply appalling. That’s what happens when the state runs any business…..Eskom, Telkom, etc….BUT, SAA has apparently turned around its financial fortunes. Or has it? We speak to a customer and critic of the national carrier.
